Educational Qualifications

  • Assistant Editor: Master’s degree in Mass Communication/Journalism or relevant field.
  • Assistant Library & Information Officer: Master’s degree in Library Science or related discipline.
  • Section Officer: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • Senior Research Assistant: Master’s degree in relevant field.
  • Library & Information Assistant: Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or related discipline.
  • Technical Assistant (Audio/Visual): Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Audio/Visual Technology.
  • Library Clerk: 12th class pass with a diploma in Library Science.

  • Assistant Editor: Rs 56,100 to Rs 1,77,500 per month.
  • Section Officer & Assistant Library & Information Officer: Rs 44,900 to Rs 1,42,400 per month.
  • Senior Research Assistant & Library & Information Assistant: Rs 35,400 to Rs 1,12,400 per month.
  • Technical Assistant (Audio/Visual): Rs 29,200 to Rs 92,300 per month.
  • Library Clerk: Rs 19,900 to Rs 63,200 per month.
